Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. All eligible items are accepted within 20 days of purchase. To process a return or an exchange please submit a return request using the form below. We will get the return/exchange process started right away.

For Returns: Your refund will be processed promptly when we receive your package. Please allow up to 5 days for your refund to be processed. The time it takes for your refund to post may vary depending on your bank. We are unfortunately unable to offer complimentary return shipping at this time.

For Exchanges: We will contact you when we receive your package. Your purchase can be exchanged for any item of equivalent value or redeemed as store credit, which will never expire. We are unfortunately unable to offer complimentary return shipping at this time. 



To return your order, please contact us using this form. You will receive a return authorization number, which you must include with your return package. Also include the original invoice as well as any gift with purchase, promotional items, etc. in your package. All items must have their original tags and packaging intact for a full refund credit to be credited back to you. 

We are not responsible for lost return packages, and recommend you insure and track your package. You will receive an email from us confirming the arrival of your return package, and your return/exchange will be processed promptly.



We will gladly honor a one-time sale price adjustment on full-priced merchandise within seven days of your purchase.  Sale price adjustment does not include limited-time promotions, including discount code and gift with purchase offers. To obtain a price adjustment, please send us an email within the seven day window. Include your order number in your email message. If you are within the deadline, we will refund the difference to your original form of payment. Items purchased with a promotional discount are not eligible for price adjustments. Items purchased with gift cards are eligible for price adjustments.

The following categories are not eligible for returns/exchanges:

Custom-made personalized pieces are handmade to order and cannot be returned.

Items purchased on sale and marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned.

All beauty products are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged

Any digital goods, printables, etc., are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
